Storage@oxle Terms of Service
1. Definitions:
- 'Storage@oxle' is a service provided by oxle.com, and excludes its members and moderators.
- 'File' refers to any document uploaded to Storage@oxle's servers.
- 'User' refers to the individual who uploads files to Storage@oxle, has uploaded files to Storage@oxle, or accesses files from Storage@oxle.
- 'URL' refers to the location of any file located on Storage@oxle's servers.
2. Terms of Service:
Through the use of Storage@oxle the user recognises that oxle cannot check all uploaded content and thus assumes sole responsibility should any legal complaint arrise and agrees to cover and hold harmless oxle.
Storage@oxle reserves the right to remove or replace any uploaded files, and assumes no liability for lost files, lost registration links or misplaced file URLS.
By continuing the client is entering into a legally binding contract with oxle, until such a time as the services are discontinued
Files uploaded to the Public Uploader at Storage@oxle will be removed on a regular basis.
The following types of files may not be uploaded under any circumstances:
- Files that are pedophiliac. This includes, but is not limited to, images or videos showing (parts of) persons under the age of 18 either posing as "models" or taking part in otherwise sexually implicit or explicit situations.
- Files that are illegal and/or are in violation of any laws pertaining to digital content usage.
- Files that infringe on the copyright, intellectual property right, trademark, patent or trade secret of any entity.
This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted photographs, as well as files for which user lacks usage and distribution permissions. - Files whose intended use or purpose is the promotion of products or services through advertisements for the purpose of commercial profit. This includes, but is not limited to, email spam and banner advertisements.
In addition to the types described above, the following types of files may not be uploaded to the Public Uploader:
- Files that are pornographic.
- Files that are not image files.
To report infringements to the above-mentioned clause, please contact the abuse department.
Uploading any type of the above-mentioned files will result in the immediate termination of user's ability to use Storage@oxle or any of its provided services. A banned user will experience the following consequences:
- The Storage@oxle account will be deleted.
- All images stored in that Storage@oxle account will be deleted.
- Contact with the correct authorities will be made.
3. Privacy Policy:
At any given time, the following data and information about a user may be collected:
- IP Address
- Email address
- Tracking cookie
- Time at which a file is uploaded, modified, or accessed
- File's URL
- Referrer logs
- Registration cookie
The above-listed data and information is used in conjunction with its respective services. Some of the above-listed information may also be used in an effort to assist law enforcement entities regarding the uploading of illegal content. Storage@oxle is committed to privacy and will never, under any circumstances, sell, distribute, or otherwise reveal personally identifiable information to any non-law-enforcement third party entities.
4. Legal Policy:
Ignorance of these Terms of Service will not be considered a justification for non-applicability of said Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service are subject to change without notice.
By using Storage@oxle, user agrees not to involve Storage@oxle in any type of legal action.
Storage@oxle directs full legal responsibility of the contents of the files that are uploaded to q.oxle.com to individual users.

Storage@oxle is not responsible for the content any uploaded files, nor is it in affiliation with any entities that may be represented in the uploaded files.
Except where diligently implied, absolutely NO part of S may be reproduced or recreated without explicit written permission by the owner of Storage@oxle.
